1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between SIX81 Tactical and the customers of the online store www.681tactical.com, concerning the sale and delivery of tactical, military, firearm-related, and dual-use products.
1.2. The products displayed on www.681tactical.com constitute an online catalog and do not represent a legally binding offer.
1.3. An order is placed by adding products to the shopping cart and clicking the “Buy” button. Upon confirmation at checkout, a legally binding purchase contract is deemed concluded.
1.4. SIX81 Tactical reserves the right to change product availability, specifications, prices, discounts, and promotions at any time. The Customer agrees to pay the price valid at the time the order is placed.
1.5. SIX81 Tactical reserves the right, but is not obliged, to enter into contractual relations with customers who do not accept these Terms and Conditions.
1.6. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled by the competent court in accordance with Bulgarian law.
2. Customer Rights and Obligations
2.1. The Customer has the right to browse the website and place orders after registration or as a guest, where applicable.
2.2. The Customer has the right to receive information regarding the status of their order.
2.3. The Customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and checkout, including name, email address, delivery details, and account credentials.
2.4. The Customer is obliged to ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of ordered products are legal under the laws of their country of residence.
2.5. The Customer is obliged to pay the full value of the order using the selected payment method.
3. Rights and Obligations of SIX81 Tactical
3.1. SIX81 Tactical is not obliged to monitor customer behavior or intervene in already placed orders.
3.2. SIX81 Tactical may modify the content, structure, and functionality of the website at its discretion.
3.3. SIX81 Tactical undertakes to deliver ordered products within the stated timeframe, provided the Customer has supplied complete and accurate information.
3.4. SIX81 Tactical shall not be liable for non-performance caused by incorrect or incomplete customer data.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. Payments are made using the payment methods listed on www.681tactical.com.
4.2. Once a payment method is selected and the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
4.3. In case of refusal or failure to pay for an order, SIX81 Tactical reserves the right to pursue legal claims under applicable legislation.
4.4. All prices are listed in EURO (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.5. Delivery costs, where applicable, are displayed separately during checkout.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out via courier services selected by SIX81 Tactical and paid for by the Customer.
5.2. SIX81 Tactical shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure.
5.3. Upon delivery, the Customer or an authorized third party must sign the accompanying delivery documentation.
5.4. If the Customer is not available at the delivery address or fails to provide suitable conditions for delivery, SIX81 Tactical is released from its obligation to meet the delivery deadline.
5.5. The delivery period begins on the first working day following payment authorization.
6. Inspection, Returns, and Complaints
6.1. The Customer must inspect the shipment upon delivery.
6.2. The Customer may refuse delivery if the package is damaged, incomplete, or does not correspond to the order.
6.3. Any discrepancies must be identified in the presence of the courier. Otherwise, claims may be considered invalid.
6.4. In accordance with Bulgarian and EU consumer protection law, the Customer may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 (thirty) days, provided all legal and store conditions are met.
6.5. All costs related to receiving and returning the order are borne by the Customer, unless the error is attributable to SIX81 Tactical.
6.6. The Customer must retain all original packaging and documentation when submitting a claim.
7. Firearms & Accessories Legal Compliance

By placing an order on www.681tactical.com, the Customer explicitly confirms that:
7.1. The Customer is legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use firearm-related accessories and controlled items under the laws of their country of residence.
7.2. The Customer agrees to provide valid licenses, permits, or official documentation when required by law or upon request by SIX81 Tactical.
7.3. Orders requiring legal documentation will not be processed or shipped until such documentation has been received and verified.
7.4. The Customer confirms that the purchase and possession of magazines, parts, and accessories are legal in their jurisdiction or that they are legally authorized to possess them.
7.5. SIX81 Tactical bears no responsibility for orders placed in violation of local, national, EU, or international firearms, customs, or export-control regulations.
7.6. SIX81 Tactical reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any order that does not comply with applicable legislation or internal compliance policies.
8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
8.1. SIX81 Tactical may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
8.2. Amendments are published on the website and take effect upon publication.
8.3. If the Customer does not accept the amendments, SIX81 Tactical reserves the right to suspend services and cancel pending orders.
