The AK / AKM / AK-74 / RPK Quick-Detach Side Optic Mount with Picatinny Rail – KPYK CRC 2U073 is a precision-engineered side mount designed for fast, tool-free installation on AK-pattern rifles equipped with a receiver dovetail. It provides a stable MIL-STD Picatinny rail platform for mounting optics such as red dots, scopes and magnifiers, without interfering with the dust cover or iron sights.

Manufactured from high-strength aluminum and steel, the CRC 2U073 offers excellent durability and repeatable zero retention. The quick-detach locking mechanism allows rapid mounting and removal while maintaining a secure lock-up during firing. Its low-profile design ensures a proper cheek weld and preserves the usability of mechanical sights when optics are removed.

This side mount is a practical upgrade for tactical, duty, hunting and sport shooting applications, offering reliability and flexibility across multiple AK-based platforms.

Compatibility:

  • Compatible with AK and RPK rifles equipped with a standard or installed receiver dovetail

  • Conditionally compatible with AKMS and AKS-74 — the stock will NOT lock in the folded position when the side-mount is installed

⚠️ Important Information:

This product is manufactured on demand.
The estimated delivery time is between 30 and 60 days, depending on the current workload of the manufacturer.
